Unless you live in Tejas you don't have HEB grocery stores. Supposedly they're the largest non gummit employer hereabouts.
Whatever, they have a wondrous thing called brisket queso.
It's better than pizza. It's cheese, pico de gallo, brisket, cheese and cheese.
It is a meal and more. You add half and half then heat. Melty cheese crust. Help.

We are starting to get HEB stores in the DFW area, but they are putting most of them in the more affluent suburbs. But next year one will open near us.
