This schedule is for September and October. NBC still has some holes to fill in November when The Voice is cut back to one hour and after the first of the year. They only have seven hours of scripted programming this calendar year. Their big money acquisition is the NBA, and they can use that to fill up Tuesday night for virtually the entire season. Games usually take 2-2 1/2 hours and add a pregame show, and that's a night of programming. Each week, NBC will broadcast two different games, one from the East starting at 8:00 ET and one from the West starting at 8:00 PT for viewers in western cities.

On Brand with Jimmy Fallon is an unscripted series featuring Fallon as the head of a fictitious marketing agency who teams with real-life marketing execs to create proposed campaigns for major brands. Each episode's winner gets to see the brand adapt their campaign (presumably for a lot of money).
Happy's Place, and St. Denis Medical will be back later in the season. As mentioned earlier, Found, The Irrational, Suits LA, Night Court, and Lopez vs. Lopez were cancelled. NBC has also announced two other new series for later in the season. No word yet on Grosse Pointe Garden Society. The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins (title may change) stars Tracy Morgan as a scandal-ridden ex-football player trying to rehabilitate his image. Daniel Radcliffe costars. Surviving Earth is a documentary series showing how life on this planet survived various cataclysmic events in the past.
