RIP Jay North

In my mind he’s forever ten years old (like Jerry Mathers).

I remember North for the only film he made as an adult, the cult classic, The Teacher. The teacher here was Angel Tompkins, who contributed to Jay's education, especially in human anatomy. I still remember the silly title song (I also remember Angel Tompkins.)

Hmm... how did I miss this back in my college days? It came out in 1974, so I wouldn't/couldn't have seen it in theatres, but seems it would have been a staple on HBO/Cinemax/Showtime during my college years.
