HEB brisket queso

We mix it with halfnhalf. I prefer unsalted tortilla chips.

Stuff's wonderful. You could make it if you ain't in Texas.

I try to limit myself to 1500 calories per day. That one dish would push me over that.

At over $9/pound, I'd buy the ingredients separately.

True dat. I could eat buckets... it's good on top of stuff, too. Next time J does brisket I'm gonna make it.
