12 players managed to run the "gauntlet" of 25 games over 5 weeks without ever having to call in sick! A bonus 10 points for the following players:

Poor Sprots had to endure more abuse from me than almost any other LSWE player since ghost used to play back in the early days. So even though she stunk up the joint, and came up with a billion lame excuses for why she couldn't post an Image Bonus without sending me to shady websites, I'm going to give her the 10 point SRA for 2025. Don't forget to scritch the Rocky Mountain polar bear that delivers the trophy to your door...

And with the latter two no longer playing for different reasons, it was only a matter of time before someone took advantage of Earl's tendency to miss a game or two. After coming up short in the incredible four-way race that went down to the final game in 2008, mrkelley finally perseveres to take his first Lyrcially Speaking Winter Extravaganza crown! Congratulations to him!!! And a big thank you to everyone who played this year! Hopefully we'll be able to do this again next winter....

Persistence pays off!

Sorry I didn't post anything earlier, it's been a rather intense week here. But thank you, lb, for another fantastic contest. It was more luck than anything that I managed to show up for all the games, and a couple of them barely got in under the wire there toward the end.

LSWE forever!
