Cloud Storage Help Requested

I really need to get my XCel spreadsheets stored offsite and in the cloud.
Anybody have ideas or thoughts on where to do this through.
When I was in my Appraisal life I had a Box.com account which kind of worked BUT:
You could not upload folders-you had to upload each individual spreadsheet. For example, I could not upload my folder titled "2009 Financial." I had to upload each individual spreadsheet and there did not seem to be the capability there to create a folder to put all my 2009 spreadsheets into.
This may have changed-but I really need to do this whatever the storage option-obviously, it has to work with XCEL as I have many years of data in that format.

Just to help define the problem a little.
In the "2009 Financial" folder for example, I have a fairly large number of worksheets, each with several pages or whatever you call them.
For example, I have a credit card worksheet with 4 tabs-two each for mine and Mrs Spock's credit card and one of these is taxable expenses and the other is non-taxable expenses.

I use OneDrvie. It’s set up as and acts like a windows folder. You can set options for the files to be physically stored locally and in the cloud or just in the cloud (making them
have to be download each time opened and not available offline).
I can access my personal files on my home and work computer like any other file or folder. Drag and drop as many files and entire folders. Doesn’t matter.

The best thing about OneDrive is that I have set things so that everything I save to my disk is backed up to the Cloud. That means I can replace one of my computers with another without losing anything I create. Of course, I have to install all the applications on the new one.
It also syncs my other computers automatically. When I save a file to Documents on one, it appears in Documents on the others.

Thanks.
So should I use a free version or upgrade to the subscription? I have absolutely no issue with paying for this if that is the way I should go.

Hmm, it turns out that I have a Microsoft subscription (paid) that includes One Drive and such-so I uploaded my folders as soon as I figured that out. Thanks.

I have Microsoft 365 family subscription ($100/year) through Best Buy that includes 1Tb of One Drive storage for 6 users, along with the licenses for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams (I think).

Great! I should mention that I also have my photos and email automatically backed up to Google Drive.
