He was gorgeous and wonderful in Texas Across the River, a movie I loved when I was very young and saw things through uncritical eyes.

I thought the whole cast was great, not thinking to question even Bronx native Joey Bishop's portrayal of Kronk, who is from an unspecified tribe.

And that's my only Alain Delon contact. After reviewing his filmography, I can't say I'm sorry. He can live in my memory as Don Andrea Baldazar.
