The Drew Carey Show will stream on Plex.

It aired from 1995-2003ish, so it was one of those in an era where they didn't know to pay more for music rights for future broadcasts.
I didn't watch it much back then, but it might be fun to revisit.

I watched it regularly. It was a great show. I look forward to seeing some of it again.

The music rights squabble sucks. I understand that WKRP in Cincinnati now has about 90% of the original music included on current DVD/streaming releases. The one that really bothers me is Wiseguy. I loved that show, but in the second season they had a major arc that lasted 7 or 8 episodes that involved a crooked music label producer, played by Tim Curry. With the large number of period songs on those shows, I've never been able to find those episodes anywhere. (The rest of the series is available on multiple streaming services, both free and subscription.)

I want to rewatch
Ed. People putting up single episodes on YouTube is outside of my ethical comfort zone, so I just have to wait until David Letterman gets bored and gets the rights to all of the songs.
