The show is unwatchable for me, even putting aside the host whom I detest.
First celebs. Not much reason to go past that, but having two people with their banter between themselves is anoying. No one can beat the bantor Regis initiated, but these have been terrible. And the questions are too easy for too long. Stupid easy.
Can't say much more because I've watch maybe a total of 20 minutes across 3 episodes.

I think the pacing has been pretty good this season. we never have a 'wait to next time.' which suffered for the first few (reboot) seasons. though with the first few questions I did occasionally have to rewind on the recording after the fact because they went so fast between 100 to 1000. granted they kind of always did that,just not to this extent. I am kind of curious about how the audience,I remember hearing the original audience was people from the other contestants, causing some issues wanting their own (relatives/friends etc.) to go on stage. I have to say some of the questions are strange. I would have to go through all of the episodes to find certain ones but without giving too much detail there was a question about abbreviations in ep4 that I would probably discuss more when the transcript comes.
granted this is the first version (The one during Covid not this season) though I did see Regis on million dollar password weirdly enough and enjoyed. so the hosting things I have less to compare to. I understand the weirdness of having a celebrity pair but I think this was their idea of a solution to the in the back celebrity ask a question person method that even I have to say was not good. this at least flows better than that. granted they could do a 'Whew' in which they had a celebrity and non-celebrity side by side, that way we can get the best of both worlds. granted he does interview the celebrities it's just shorter and more focused on the charitys so the article got that wrong.
