To give credit where credit is due, Lisa Ann came up with the right answer. And fairly quickly, too, at least as we saw it in the edited version. (I have no idea if TPTB had to edit this for time or not.) But they had identified the proper strategy to find this answer: you just have to go through the list of every country you can think of until you find the right answer, no matter how long it takes and how much the host might try to distract you with banter.
