RIP Richard Simmons

One of my friends bought Reach, and we worked out to it a few times. The first song is great -- "Wake up and breathe!"
He brought a wonderful, positive, high-energy style to workouts. I appreciated that and am glad he had a good run with it. I'm sad that some kind of demons overtook him and made him vanish for a while. Rest in peace, Richard.
