All the usual suspects might want to keep their eyes closed before they click on this.

What a surprise: No MSM entity link on google's first page when searching for this. They are not reporting it until they can find some way to spin it or get their instructions. And we won't see any response from the usual suspects until they do. I am hoping trollboy will respond with his usual swiftness before his talking points are available. He can tell us how Hannity made all this up.

This is the FD1023 form that was created when Gal Luft went to the FBI peddling his story about Hunter Biden. Whenever a source reveals information, the FBI prepares one of these forms. I could go to the FBI and claim that I saw Flock, Tucker Carlson, Rudy Giuliani, and the QAnon Shaman having illicit relations with a sheep, and the FBI would fill out one of these forms in whatever detail I provided. It doesn't mean that the information is accurate or what action, if any, the FBI took on the document.

Considering that Gal Luft has since been indicted as an illegal arms dealer and unregistered foreign agent and has skipped bail and is currently in hiding, you can decide how much credibility to assign to these completely unverified and unsubstantiated accusations. And by the way, those mysterious 17 recordings referred to in this form don't actually appear to exist.

The fact that this nonsense is the best that the various Republican "investigative" committees could come up with so far against the "Biden crime family," shows just how silly their entire investigations are. But they'll keep at it. Maybe someday, another Gal Luft will claim he has secret evidence that Joe Biden killed Jimmy Hoffa and hid the body under the White House lawn when he was Vice President.

Luft met with the FBI on June 17, 2020, 2h3n the FD1023 form was created. He was indicted on November 1, 2022, and arrested in Cyprus on February 17, 2023. He skipped bail while awaiting an extradition hearing. However, the indictment and arrest (and skipping bail) were not made public until July 11, 2023, after the Republicans began circulating his unverified claims. So all the while the Republicans were busy promoting everything Luft said as the gospel truth and the smoking gun against the Bidens, he was already a fugitive from justice in hiding. (And PS, even before his indictment, he had a very poor reputation with the Department of Justice as far as his truthfulness was concerned.)

One case where you KNOW who was lying is the Hunter Biden Laptop censorship situation. Those people were knowingly lying to the American people. Extrapolate.

This testimony is as reliable as the Steele dossier.

Think about it, Flock. Trump is so intent on nailing Hunter Biden and Burisma that he sends his personal lawyer to hunt for evidence against them. He even brings it up with a foreign leader. Then an informant walks into the FBI with all the evidence Giuliani was seeking and more. The FBI, led by Christopher Wray, who Trump hand-picked to replace "disloyal" Comey, doesn't pursue the allegations or even bring them to the attention of AG Barr. Instead they arrest the informant.

Or just maybe the FBI decided the accuser was so unreliable that his testimony would sabotage the case they were building against Hunter. Which scenario is more likely?

And I haven't seen any "talking points." I'm just using common sense like you encourage us to.

The IRS whistleblowers had nothing to do with Luft's information provided to the FBI. The second IRS whistleblower was Joseph Ziegler, Shapley's deputy. Both of them said they thought the IRS should have pursued more serious charges against Biden. Their boss disagreed. So too did the IRS's Criminal Tax Counsel office. That office provides legal advice about criminal matters to IRS investigators like Shapley. So Shapley and Ziegler disagreed with their boss and their attorney about whether there was anything more worth pursuing against Hunter Biden.

I don't know how "highly regarded" Shapley is, other than in his own mind and perhaps the mind of the Republicans feverishly hoping his testimony is accurate. There is substantial information that Shapley was leaking information about the investigation to "friendly" sources when things weren't going as fast as he wanted. And there's his own admission that he was passed over for a promotion for which he felt he was clearly the most qualified candidate (something about 99% of people passed over for promotions say) BEFORE he went public with his whistleblowing claims.

Have you seen Luft's video I posted? He names names and dates. Is the MSM investigating his side of the story? OMG! What am I thinking? Not a chance.
Luft has insisted the US government release the minutes of a meeting in Brussels and all evidence that the government claims to have against him.

“Why did the DOJ choose to unseal the indictment on Nov. 1, 2022, the very same week of the midterm elections?” Luft asked.

“Could this have anything to do with the fear that once Republicans gain control over Congress and begin to investigate, [the DOJ] cover-up would be on full display?”

Add to that the DOJ's and FBI's willing assistance in FALSELY and PURPOSEFULLY discrediting the Biden Laptop for several years.
Add to that the numerous, unending and incredible political attacks on Trump to try and prevent him from running, just as the corrupt Lula regime has done to Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil.
Do you honestly think they'd have any compunction against manufacturing charges against a guy who could further substantiate their carrying out of Strzok's 'Insurance Policy' against Trump? And Schumer's 'Six Ways from Sunday'?

Wray was one of Trump's biggest mistakes. I understand he was recommended by none other than Chris Christie. Trump knows the landscape now.

But your echo chamber bubble is hard to break out of. I understand.

Luft has his facts wrong and you've bought into it. He was indicted on November 1, 2022. The indictment remained sealed until July 11, 2003. The New York Post ran the video on July 5 (they published an earlier version of the story without the video on May 31), and it's a fair assumption that the video led to the government officially announcing Luft's indictment and arrest. Luft refers to the fact that he recorded the video while in hiding, so it appears the video was made sometime between April (when he skipped bail) and July 5.

His claim about the timing of the indictment is completely absurd. There was no mention anywhere I could find in November about Luft's indictment, and, since the details about his reporting his "evidence" to the FBI hadn't been made public, if any news outlet reported that an obscure foreign national had been indicted for being an unregistered foreign agent and arms trafficker, that story would have been buried in the back pages of the news section.

Luft and Flock also seem confused about how criminal procedure works in the federal court system. An accused is entitled to the discovery of evidence to be used against him, but only after he enters the criminal justice system and a case is assigned to a judge who oversees the discovery process. Luft has never appeared in US court since he skipped bail before he was extradited here. The government does not post its case publicly while a defendant is a fugitive.

Flock also seems insistent that "the media" investigate this case further. Well, the New York Post is part of the media, and they have the enormous advantage of already having talked to Luft and possibly seen whatever information he has. Fox News and other right wing outlets are part of the media too. Why aren't they out trying to confirm Luft's claims, which would really stick it to the liberal establishment? But I think even Flock knows the answer to that one.

Why would Luft attend a 2 day meeting in Brussels with FBI and DOJ people that he asked for if he was involved in all these things they have made up to indict him for?

Oh, I forgot about Tony Bobulinski as well, which is more corroboration.
Add to that all the info on the laptop that corroborate the BIG GUY's involvement.

On the other side, you have the FBI and the DOJ who have been proven to have engaged in election tampering, at the very least. Every day the new Congress is finding out about more and more acts of political weaponization (the insurance policy) because they don't have Pelosi protecting them anymore. The FBI and DOJ have a very good motive to do anything they can to protect themselves. And they seem to be doing it on many fronts. And they have the thousands of people in the DC swamp to aid them, as well as a willing media consortium. All of this these things indicate to me who is lying.

Oh, wait now. It was probably TRUMP that planted all these documents, arranged for all these whistleblowers and sworn testimony, made Hunter do all these things to document on his laptop, caused him to forget he left it at the repair shop, and deviously framed Joe Biden for all these things because, as we all know, he's a mastermind. Except when he's the dumbest person who has ever walked the earth. Depends on what's needed on what day.

No, I don't. I think I'm being pretty clear. Unlike the usual suspects who either ignore the question, muddy the water or change the subject.

What are you accusing him of? Have any evidence? I mean real evidence other than anonymous source accusations or articles from so-called 'experts' whose main expertise is getting a group of people to follow what bullshit he or she spouts, or corrupt political hacks?
Go ahead, I'm listening.....

Interesting that trump was the toast of Hollywood and the MSM before he announced for President. All of his business 'deals' were made before then, and nobody questioned them. They idolized him as the epitome of a successful businessman. Then, all of a sudden, he became the most evil corrupt business mogul in history.

How coincidental.

Have some coffee.

House Committee Schedules Long-Promised Hearing On UFOs For Next Week
The House Oversight and Accountability Committee has scheduled a hearing on UFOs, also called unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs), for next Wednesday.
The hearing has long been promised by House Republicans, who pledged to explore unconfirmed claims about UAP sightings from a former U.S. intelligence official and two former Navy servicemen.

“We’re done with the cover-ups,” Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) said in a tweet Thursday announcing the hearing. “Last year, the House Intelligence Committee held a hearing on UAPs. They brought in some Pentagon bureaucrats who only had two answers to the questions they were asked: ‘I don’t know,’ or ‘That is classified,’” Burchett said at a press conference Thursday. “This hearing is going to be different. We’re going to have witnesses who can speak frankly to the public about their experiences.”

Members of Congress, the Pentagon and NASA have all pushed back on holding the upcoming hearing, he said. “There are a lot of people who don’t want this to come to light,” he continued. David Grusch, a former U.S. intelligence official, is among those scheduled to testify. Last month, he told The Debrief that the federal government has an undercover program for recovering debris from crashed spacecrafts of non-human origin. The Pentagon says it hasn’t found any evidence to substantiate Grusch’s claim. Other witnesses scheduled are David Fravor, a former Navy commander, and Ryan Graves, a former Navy pilot ― both of whom claim to have spotted UAPs. “I can tell you, I think it was not from this world,” Fravor told ABC News in 2017 about what he witnessed while on a training mission in 2004.
The truth is out there.

Perhaps the Republicans are looking for proof that Joe and/or Hunter Biden conspired with visitors from Uranus to use their advanced technology (commonly referred to as Ur-anal probes) to rig the results of the 2020 election.

This one is likely to be as productive as every other House hearing but a whole lot more entertaining. I wonder if Agents Mulder and Scully will testify.

US attorney David Weiss, who has led the Hunter Biden criminal probe, has offered to testify at a public congressional hearing this fall, according to a letter sent to lawmakers on Monday. House Republicans have demanded that Weiss – a Donald Trump appointee – answer questions about allegations from two IRS whistleblowers that the tax investigation was tainted by political interference. The new letter from the Justice Department proposes several dates in September and October when Weiss would be willing to testify to the House Judiciary Committee, which is led by GOP Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio.

Don't expect Jordan to take Weiss up on his offer.

Nobody ever said that Hunter Biden was a great human being. He's not the first person (see Trump, Donald Jr. and Trump, Eric) to try to cash in on a famous father's name.
