Former Guy incriminated himself (again) last night

#1 Post by Pastor Fireball » Tue Jun 20, 2023 6:16 am

This time, to Fake News's Bret Baier. Baier gave the orange one the softest of softball questions on the classified dox... and the answers given have almost certainly been recorded by Jack Smith as witness testimony against the criminal defendant. (You can find all 24 minutes of the criminal confession on YouTube. Just search "trump baier interview".)

Didn't anybody bother to read the orange one his Miranda rights last week? "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law."
"[Drumpf's] name alone creates division and anger, whose words inspire dissension and hatred, and can't possibly 'Make America Great Again.'" --Kobe Bryant (1978-2020)

"In times of crisis, the wise build bridges. The foolish build barriers." --Chadwick Boseman (1976-2020)

I watched that interview too. (It was important to see the whole thing myself, not excerpts edited by MSNBC.) Trump showed no understanding of the Presidential Records Act, the procedure for declassification, and what previous presidents did when they left office.

His justification for defying a subpoena, which led to the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago, makes no sense. He said he hadn't had the opportunity to sort through all the boxes and separate personal from government property. But the subpoena demanded only classified documents. His cadre of lawyers could have extracted them in a few hours. Instead, he shuffled boxes around the property and wouldn't allow a thorough search. What was in those boxes that he was so determined to hide?

He also displayed ignorance of U.S. policy on Taiwan and weakness in standing up to Russia.

What's his take on the railway to the Indian Ocean?
