The consequences of fixing elections - squared

A home for the weary.

Your first source goes on at length about how the machines COULD be tampered with but gives no evidence that they were. There has yet to be any evidence presented anywhere about the validity of the election that would stand up in a court of law.flockofseagulls104 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 19, 2023 9:42 amI would suggest you stop the BS about the elections in question being 'the most secure in history' in order to avoid any and every attempt to fix the OBVIOUS security problems that may or may not have actually happened. I have documented here how the elections in question HAVE been interfered with that are obvious. And I have seen many demonstrations and studies of how the election systems could have and may have been tampered with.

BTW, there was one local race in my own county that showed how vulnerable we are.

There ARE problems, but your party and their minions resist any effort to fix or even address those problems by demonizing those of us who even question the established narrative that is desperately defended.
The people who may have benefitted from the election interference that DID take place, two of which are shown in all their cognitive glory above, are currently in office. Many of us believe they are there illegitimately, Just like ALL OF THE DEMOCRAT LEADERSHIP believed with Trump for 4 years. We want to fix the problems that lead half the country to not trust the election systems. You should be with us. But, no.
The main people in Georgia who have defended the integrity of the voting machines and the election results are Brad Raffensperger (who oversees the elections) and Brian Kemp (who is the state governor). No Democrats there. You'll be hearing a lot more from Raffensperger in a few months when he testifies in Georgia in the criminal case against Trump.flockofseagulls104 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 19, 2023 9:42 amThere ARE problems, but your party and their minions resist any effort to fix or even address those problems by demonizing those of us who even question the established narrative that is desperately defended.

Your second source shows how the system of checks actually does work to prevent voter fraud and election error. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (which I have no doubt you will dismiss as part of the MSM who is in on the plot) reported on the error. https://www.ajc.com/politics/miscount-i ... UZGZW2LLM/
The error in the voting was spotted immediately and rectified. Key quotes from the article:
"Paper ballots printed from Georgia’s voting touchscreens will ensure accurate results, state Elections Director Blake Evans said.
'Georgia’s election system works and is secure,' Evans said. 'DeKalb’s elections team is setting an example for the rest of the state of how to properly audit and review results before certification.'
... '“Our staff not only followed the proper procedures in advance but responded with urgency when this error came to light,” DeKalb Election Board Chairwoman Dele Lowman Smith said. “DeKalb County voters can take courage in the multiple checks and balances built into the voting process that should give them confidence in the outcome of this vote.'”
I've worked the polls and although North Carolina uses a different system, I can tell you that election security is the absolute highest priority and extreme care is taken to ensure it.
BTW, if you are concerned about election security, why not sign up to be a poll worker? If Georgia is anything like North Carolina, they are desperate for people and (at least in NC) they pay you for your time.
In Georgia, they had a "county unit" system in effect in the Democratic primary until 1962. (The winner of the Democratic primary was all but guaranteed to win the general election.) Counties were allotted 2, 4, or 6 county unit votes depending on their size, and it was winner take all. With 159 counties, many of them having populations of 10,000 or less, the rural counties had political power far beyond their population.flockofseagulls104 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 19, 2023 6:16 pmAnd because there is no electoral college in the State, they frequently negate the wishes of the rest of the state, just as the democrat machines in large cities rule the states they are in.
