I saw the pictures of your garden, and house, on Flickr, and then the posts here about it. Much like you, they are both elegant! Do you do all the gardening yourself, or do you hire out some of the work?

Wish I could take the credit, but I can't. We do the container plants and I'm in charge of watering them when the yard guy doesn't show up on his assigned days. It's so warm here, the hibiscus have to watered morning and afternoon. The rest of the stuff can go every other day.

We pick out the bedding plants, but do have aforementioned yard guy to plant them for us.

Thanks for the kind words. :D I'm still trying to organize a ladies mini-fest here. We could have a great time. Come on down!! 8)

I'm open....ya'll give me possible dates and we'll work it out. I'm in San Jose/Seattle with Ellyn the end of June, first of July. After that, we're home free.

Hmmm, now that could be entertaining...

Are you bringing the pinata?

Or will the ladies just hit on you?

For varieties sake, perhaps both. Although for the last part it might take a number of libations first...

Will the libations be needed for the ladies or for you?

Never mind. Don't answer that.

You can't possibly believe I won't respond, right???

I suspect the libations would be better suited for the ladies. I can be pretty "relaxed" with or without a libation or two in the right company.

And y'all aren't likely to want to be forced to remember any more of it than absolutely necessary. Just disregard any pictures...
