I hate their phone, online, whatever assistance. They piss me off. Assholes.

Four hours. No phone call. One nice person in Phillipines. Then no confirmation for tech visit. My head almost sploded.

My Xfinity guy replaced the amplifier and grounded it today. No more problems.
