I'm hanging on to 49 with all I've got, and the $&#$ AARP sends me a card early.

:p

A former co-worker started getting hers at age 40. Another nefarious co-worker timed it just right.

He was not rewarded, on this earth nor probably in heaven, if he gets there.

I got my first AARP invite a few weeks ago. I still have another 2-1/2 months before I'll qualify (August 4.) When's your B-day, Rexer??

Then I found out friends/relatives younger than me have been getting mail from them for years! Including my oldest daughter (33).

I love AARP.

I have gotten more than my money's worth from the membership.

Their magazine has great info as well.

Awww, come on! You've got to give them time to process your membership so you don't miss out on a day of those valuable benefits!

They're concerned you're going to check out inside of a month.

It could happen, you know.
