He’s just needling you because you always pull out the “but Biden did it, too” card - including at least twice yesterday.

I personally think is way too much pork in the bill, but I also think McCarthy’s threat to shut down the government would cause much more damage. And I don’t think it’s just a threat, because they’ve done it before, and it’s never actually been helpful.

The Dems are cramming in as many pet projects as they can while they're in charge. Standard fare when a party is about to lose all or part of their power.

The package passed with a large bipartisan majority, 68-29

The 18 Republicans covered their priorities, including $858 billion for defense.
