Everybody stay safe and warm - here's hoping you southerners got all the fixins for milk sandwiches!

We're going to have stupidly low temps but no precipitation. Not supposed to be like 2021, shorter duration. J drained the irrigation backflow. Good luck everyone else.

I don't know, but when I first moved to ATL as a kid, whenever cold weather threatened, there was a run on milk and bread at the stores, so I assumed southerners celebrated snow days with some sort of milk sandwich concoction.

Guess that much lactose and refined wheat explains the toilet paper wars too.

No really. We laff. Jeff is costco king so we always have massive supplies, but do you start shitting more during a disaster? No. It's a conundrum

In the Delaware Valley, it's called the 24-hour French Toast. Milk, eggs and bread.
We are just getting a massive amount of rain and then plunging temps.

It's -18° in Denver right now.
I see all of Montana is at -20° or lower.
Everyone I work with is distributed across the country. We all work from home.

A brisk -21 here as I head out to the office.

Heavy winds and lots of rain coming to New England. No white Christmas for us.

Got in the car at 6:30 AM to go to the new house to finish a few winterization things, it was 36.
Got back home 1 hour later it was 25.
It's now 12.

Quite possible Bob# could come up with the linear equation needed to determine length at a given temperature if given measurements at the three readings above. I only have two measurements to provide; "there it is" and "where'd it go?".

No it’s not. Because the three data points you provide are not collinear.
Or do you mean some other length? —Bob

You can't solve for X?
Given
36 = There it is
25 = x
12 = Where'd it go?

It's a balmy -4 degrees here in Derby City, with 2-3" of snow on the ground to accompany the low temperatures.
