Four weeks tomorrow. Have had brace on to keep at 90 degrees and 30 for flexion while resting. Just passive move up and down. Round part was in pieces. See ortho Mon. Hopefully get it off, avoid surgery, etc.
With that...doing crosswords left handed sucks. Brushing teeth and wiping ass lefthanded fucking sucks. Poking eye trying to apply mascara is pathetic.

Stuff seems to be reappearing in broken bits part. Still need brace but extension increased. Will do pt and see ortho in another month.

Beebs, have you thought about taking up a new career as a professional wrestler? Back in the day, a lot of heels used to use elbow braces for years after their injury. If a well placed elbow drop or two to their opponent didn't due the trick, they would put the trusty foreign object in the brace when the referee wasn't looking and the match would usually be over very quickly.
