Entering Sunday's game against Green Bay, the Dallas Cowboys had been 195-0 in the history of their franchise when entering the fourth quarter with a 14 point or more lead. (The Cowboys had blown bigger leads, but not when they had the lead going into the fourth quarter.) They are now 195-1. Green Bay, which had lost five games in a row, including to Detroit the week before, scored two fourth quarter TDs and then kicked a field goal in overtime to win 31-28.

Luckily, I happened to turn on the TV just in time for the end of the exciting Bills-Vikings contest. Josh Allen's last-minute fumble is reminiscent of the Giants' 1978 disaster that Eagles fans call the Miracle at the Meadowlands.
Skål!

Trailing 27-23 with 50 seconds left in regulation, the Vikings failed to score on a fourth and goal from the one. Their win probability was 0.01 percent after giving the ball back to Buffalo.
See above.
