I loved him on Magnum. The show always depicted him as an excellent helicopter pilot who pulled Magnum out of more scrapes than he deserved. I realize that dozens of pilots were actually behind the controls on those stunts.

I remember one really good episode showcasing Roger's talents -- TC reconnects with his son. Really well done.

Magnum infuriated me with regard to TC. He was always freeloading rides and never paid for TC's fuel! I didn't watch the series finale, so I don't know if he did finally pay up. But I doubt it.
