Since Vandal is fond of quoting a 28-3 score to me, even though I couldn't care less what happened to the Atlanta Falcons, I thought I'd note this.
The Toronto Blue Jays beat Boston 28-5 last night at Fenway Park. It was the most runs ever allowed by the Red Sox in a game and the most ever scored by Toronto. The game included an inside-the-park grand slam on a play in which the closest outfielder lost the ball in the lights and stood there while it rolled away from him. Later in the game, a two-out popup dropped between three infielders next to the pitcher's mound for an infield single, resulting in 10 more runs scoring in the fifth inning.

Re: 28-5
It was certainly ugly, almost as bad as the last ten years of NY Giants football.
Almost.
Almost.
