Because THAT is what is important and why the Dems are trying to distract Americans away from it with the Show Trial (produced by James Goldston – the former president of ABC News). Will this be elibible for an Emmy?

Actually it's not funny. Too many people are that ignorant about economics and believe what Jeanne-Pierre tells them to believe.
But what is funny, is I'll bet BJ has a lot of investments in those greedy corporations meaning it's actually the stock holders that are greedy. Corporations are like rocks. They don't think or have feelings. They are thrown by people.

You're right about the criminals left out on the street - Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, Sydney Powell, MIchael Flynn, Steve Bannon, and Donald Trump et al are all free and uncharged despite conspiring to undermine confidence in the electoral system and attempting to overthrow the government. And that does terrify me about the future of my country.

Yup, and if that does not illustrate and convince you of the bias of the media, I don't know what will.
No mention of the composition of the 'committee' in any of them. They just parrot the propaganda and preferred talking points being presented.

So, corporations weren’t greedy under President Trump?
Like it or not, as leaders, Presidents have to take ownership of what happens while they are in charge. They have the power to impact change, even if you want to blame someone else.

Liz Cheney and Adam Kinziger's party affiliation is widely known and almost every mention of Cheney's role last night mentions that. You are correct that they don't mention the three other Republicans picked by Kevin McCarthy who would have been on the committee had he allowed that. I guess that's not one of your preferred talking points.
By the way, when McCarthy pulled his people from the committee, he claimed the Republicans would "pursue our own investigation of the facts." How's that going, Flock?

Why is there an investigation at all? Are you saying they
didn't perform an investigation prior to initiating impeachment proceedings against the president?

The impeachment investigation was directed towards one person, Trump. This investigation is much more extensive, looking at the links between the actual insurrectionists and others in Trump's inner circle. It also looks at other evidence that wasn't available at the time of the impeachment, like the fake electors scheme.

Remember how Trump held up the stimulus checks because he wanted to make sure that his name was on the signature line, so voters would know to give him credit?
But, no, he has absolutely NOTHING to do with inflation.

I'd have the government support many of those who are having trouble paying their bills by restoring the now-expired child care tax credit. To prevent that expansion from increasing the deficit, I'd reverse the billionaires' tax cut that Republicans passed in 2017. --Bob
