I've always brushed the girls' hair in the morning. I've always enjoyed spending the time with them before they go to school.
I stopped doing Maddie's hair last year because she would rather handle it herself, which is fine, since she is 14.
Emma is going to 6th grade camp soon and told me that she doesn't want me doing her hair in the morning because needs to learn to brush it on her own. (It goes down past her waist.)
My babies are growning up.

Don't worry. My 27 year old daughter just called and asked me to bring her a pair of socks to the football game. She's going straight from work. Unfortunately, I'm not going since I'm still a bit under the weather, but I found a way to get her a pair.
Anyway, my point is, they'll always need you. It's nice and I don't mind them asking me for stuff.
