Beyond the obvious that is.
Which is. since it is concentrated among bi-sexual and homesexual men-Maybe anal penetrative sex might not be the safest form of sex.

"We" being those who don't do it anyway. Others, not so much.

What I've read thus far suggests that it is contracted through body-to-body contact with infected lesions and pustules. No sex required.
