That's the second time in so many days you've said oil prices are falling. They are not.

Pretty much the same picture, just focused more on recent prices. You need to learn to read a chart. They fell after the high on March 8 but are now continuing to rise. Things go up and down everyday. I guess you could say everything is going up and everything is going down. I think I saw they extended the suspension until July. So, if I am correct, this is without the taxes.
