RIP iPod

Apple announced today that they will be discontinuing production of the last model of the iPod, the iPod Touch, and that no newer models will be released. I may have to buy one of the last ones to go on the shelf next to my VCR.

An iPod Touch is just an iPhone minus the phone connection. A classic iPod Nano is a much better collector's item.

I'd put it next to my 8-track player and Betamax.
