Wireless hotel network Q

I am so helpless at this.
I probably will have to ask everytime I go to a hotel.
So I can connect throught the landline.
But when I try to connect wirlessly this thing called Entrust tries to have me authenticated and I get stuck.
Help for the helpless please?

Yup and I could only get to that site by being wired. Which meant I could get here at least. But whenI try to check my email the VPN-1 Secure Client thingie wont connect. It says I am authenticated, but it....
Shoot, it just connected now.
No, I don't know what I did differently, but it seems all better now.

Sometimes if you reboot, it fixes everything.

By the way, just to be a paranoid buzzkiller, hotel/internet cafes are very high priority targets for identity and personal information thieves.
So you got that goin' for you............................
