Had a freestanding tub installed with floor mount faucet and with hand sprayer. There's supposed to be a diverter knob to switch between handheld and faucet. Where is it normally???
It's an Aolemi

I texted our contractor. He has same set up. It isn't intyitive. Bottom lever next to hand spray is water. Top level near faucet is the switcher from faucet to hand. Jeez

Now why would they make things simple? That's crazy talk.

Omg, I felt like an idiot trying to drain the tub. Just pulling like crazy...our neighbor said "I think you just push down on the drain thing."
This is why it's good to have 21st century items.

Nothing can compare to being nekkid in the shower while trying to read a paper owners manual.

Well, they're 'supposed" to be pretty basic: The lower lever turns water on/off & controls temperature. The upper lever is the diverter, turn it one way and it goes to the spout, the other way and it goes to the sprayer. If that's what you have and it's not working then it's more likely that it's broken, loose or slipping inside. Diagnostic question: Since this is new, has it ever worked as it should?

We hadn't used it yet, nor ever had one like it...thus our stupidity.
