TGirl could probably verify this and I realize that it is only a show.
He is home on spring break and said that the show Yellowstone has basically backfired. Ostensibly, it wants to keep people out of the state, but it is the biggest commercial ever for moving people to Montana.

I haven't watched a single episode, but I'd have to say anecdotally, people move here for dozens of different reasons. I'll also say if someone decides to uproot their family and move states based on a television show, they're probably not someone I'd want for neighbors.
