Actress best known for her appearance in the original Star Trek pilot episode The Cage. She was the last surviving cast member from that episode. She made her screen debut a couple of years earlier as Elvis Presley's girlfriend in Girls Girls Girls. You can see her in this screen grab with Captain Pike.
