EU watchdog to probe links between Covid vaccines and irregular periods.
Would have been nice if they had investigated this prior to jabbing a billion people.
I do love this bullet point.
>>>"No evidence vaccines affect fertility and most reported changes are short-lived"<<<
Might be a little early to know if they affect fertility given the short time they have been used.

Quick rule of thumb: any news source that uses the terms "jabbed" or "double-jabbed" instead of vaccinated is not likely to be impartial.
Just a quick google search reveals that this isn't news and that there have already been extensive studies. One article I read indicated that the effect was more closely akin to a sore arm than a serious adverse event.
Again, this is a risk-benefit analysis. Every treatment has possible side effects that don't manifest themselves for a long time. If we applied your logic, we wouldn't be taking aspirin.
On the other hand:
“There is evidence to suggest that infection with SARS-CoV-2 has the potential to impact both male fertility, female fertility, and certainly the health of a pregnancy of someone infected,” said Dr. Jennifer Kawwass, a reproductive endocrinologist and associate professor at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.

There are a lot more articles like this one.

"So far studies have either pointed to small and short-lived period disruption post-vaccination, or not found a link at all."
So they should have waited before administering a preventative measure that has clearly saved hundreds of thousands of lives (and remember, the disease itself also can cause disruption of periods) because a few tens of thousands of women may have had small and short-lived disruption of their periods that had no effect on fertility? That's like saying you shouldn't shelter cattle from a deadly winter blizzard because keeping them in the barn might throw off their sleep schedules for a day or two. --Bob

I am not commenting on the truth or not of this article.
I am commenting on the amusing comparison of periods et al to cattle shelter. That is telling.

It's rare, but you got something right:
CNN
ABC

I thought I'd try a risk-management example that Spock might have some familiarity with. Because if he's seriously contending that what was reported was remotely close to a reason to hold up approval or use of the vaccines, he's clearly got some serious problems understanding risk evaluation. --Bob

So basically they found a mild side effect which resolved without any long-term morbidity, and you’re some middle-aged white guy who won’t get the Covid vaccine for that reason.
Well thought out, as always, by you.

And...the only reason you're responding is because you're pissed or just want to irritate. Just like MANY of us do in silly threads. Too easy.

Another well-thought-out and well-presented medical opinion. Probably peer-reviewed, too. Imagonna go out and get a couple more vaccine shots! Well done, doctor!
----- added after the fact.
Going back to see.
Most posts I make, guess who is RIGHT AFTER ME?
Here's one. STALKER!!!

Once again, Flock has no answer so he resorts to bad sarcasm.

If you quit making moronic, illogical, non-factual posts, I won't stalk you on them.
I will give you some advice though. Don't try your luck at stand-up comedy. The hecklers will be far more brutal on you than I've ever been.
