... is the day that the Ukrainian president has supposedly been told that the invasion will occur, according to a Facebook post he sent out earlier today. I haven't heard any other official political source mention that day, although our a number of countries say that it could come any day and before the end of the Olympics. I've also heard February 16 mentioned by various news sources including the Associated Press as the target date for an attack.

Kyiv is seven hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, so if the Russians launch an attack around dawn Wednesday, it will be around midnight Tuesday here.
