According to Wikipedia (I know, not always a reliable source) Russian Roulette may return to GSN in 2009. They are showing old episodes now.
In a perfect game show world, Russian Roulette, Wintuition, Greed, and a kindler gentler Friend or Foe would all still be in existence.
