From the "used to be" sleepy town of Magnolia, TX.
Side note: Magnolia is a rural area northwest of Houston. A lot of city folk have moved there, buying acreage homes and it seems to be an Events Center haven. Both of my daughters' wedding have been within the area in not actually in the town limits. The town is about 25 miles from where I lived (did I tell y'all I moved?). It is one of the prettier areas around Houston and has probably grown 10x in the last 10 years.
I find it hard to believe, in this day and age, a school district has such an ancient policy in place.
