NBC has cancelled the planned reality TV series, Ultimate Slip 'n Slide, which had been scheduled to air after the Olympic closing ceremonies. Bobby Moynahan and Ron Funches were the hosts. The reason was health issues following an outbreak, but not of COVID. It seems that a crew member tested positive for giardia. Rather than risk the competition turn into a different sort of obstacle course, NBC pulled the plug (jokes about this practically write themselves).

Re: Major Slip Up as NBC Cancels Ultimate Slip 'n Slide
So there's still hope for NBC to pick up "Steel Cage Deathmatch Mille Bornes", which I personally have been trying to get on the air for the past 15 years.
