He also directed the classic Nightmare at 20,000 Feet episode of Twilight Zone with William Shatner and the gremlin on the plane's wing.

He also directed the live-action "Danger Island" segments on the "Banana Splits Adventure Hour" back in the day. (Uh oh, Chungo!)

Turns out he had the rights to do a live action version of "Jonny Quest," which I know he still owned as of twenty years ago and might still have to his death. "Danger Island" was his attempt to see how something like that might work out, using a very young Jan-Michael Vincent as an older teen counterpart to Jonny.

My God, I haven't thought of Danger Island for years. I always thought the girl was really annoying.

I'd be willing to bet that more people of a certain age remember the uh-oh Chongo phrase than the actual title of the segment itself.
