There's a lot of first-rate soccer going on right now, so here's something that's sure to make lowlight reels from years to come. It's from the Haiti-Canada qualifying match for the CONCACAAF playoffs. Canada qualified and will compete with the US, Mexico, Honduras, Jamaica, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama for three spots in the World Cup (the fourth-place finisher will play in a playoff with three other countries for two spots).

I've seen similar ones before, but they usually involved players 8 years old or younger.
He'll definitely not live that one down. Fortunately for them it wasn't a deciding goal.

If you did not see the rest of the game, the goalie had several world class saves before and after this goal. He was the reason why the game was scoreless at the time.

Here's another candidate for worst goal ever. This happened last week in a Chilean professional league. Keep watching and the losing coach's reaction is classic.

I once played goalie for a water polo team and scored two goals because the opposing goalie left his goal, and I threw the ball across the pool.
