So are we going to shoot the the "Badthinkers" in the back of the neck yet, or is that a couple of months down the road?

But Biden and Hillary and Obama and AOC and Nancy Pelosi didn't foment those followers into a mob that stormed the Capitol. And none of these individuasl or anyone else on the left has excused or condoned the types of activity that went on there. Biden repeatedly condemned the violence at the BLM protests last summer. In fact, when Rashida Tlaib made comments that could be taken as anti-Semitic, the other Democrats in positions of power were quick to criticize her for those. False equivalence is a game that Republicans like to play because they think it excuses their inexcusable behavior because a few nitwits burned a car last summer. In the meantime, we've had an armed mob storm the US Capitol and kill several people, including a policeman. We've had armed extremists arrested for plotting to kidnap the governor of Michigan and put her on trial.
And if you want to see an example of what happens when the military gets radicalized by extremists, take a look at what happened in Myannmar this week.

Harris was the biggest fundraiser for the bail fund. Those needed bail were NOT the peaceful protesters. They were all arrested and had bail set because of crimes they committed.

I had to research this because I was unfamiliar with this organization. The Minnesota Freedom fund was designed to provide bail for anyone who couldn't afford cash bail, which invariably affects people with little money far more than those with money. In the wake of the George Floyd protests, they raised a lot more money because they suddenly had a lot more business.
The purpose of the bail fund is to put lower class defendants on an equal footing with well-off defendants. It's not to condone or approve of the crimes they were accused of. And let's not forget the principle of the presumption of innocence. Unlike the Capitol protestors who conveniently (for police) posed for lots and lots of pictures while breaking the law, some of these people arrested may well have been guilty of nothing more than being around a riot while black. Well-to-do people who are accused of far worse crimes bail themselves out of jail all the time without anyone blinking an eye. Or they get sympathetic right-wingers to raise their bail money like Kyle Rittenhouse did. If the courts felt that these defendants represented an exceptional flight risk or danger to the community, they could have refused bail.
As for your claim that Biden only condemned the violence one time:

On July 28, in a speech in Wilmington, Delaware, he echoed that sentiment, per C-SPAN. “Peaceful protesters should be protected – but arsonists and anarchists should be prosecuted – and local law enforcement can do that," he said.
On Aug. 31, after a man was fatally shot in Portland, Oregon, Biden released a statement on his campaign website with another condemnation of protest-related violence: "The deadly violence we saw overnight in Portland is unacceptable," he said. "Shooting in the streets of a great American city is unacceptable. I condemn this violence unequivocally. I condemn violence of every kind by anyone, whether on the left or the right. And I challenge Donald Trump to do the same."
