Hey y'all. It's your favorite sciurine Prez again. I figured in honor of my old pal Joey, I'd present y'all another Presidential themed game like I did..... oh, however many years ago that was. Have to check the Hill's laptop for that, and she won't give me the password. Below are 12 songs that reached #1 on the charts during the administration of each of the last 12 Presidents on the United States. We're going from Ike to.... well, you know who! At least it keeps me from having to dig up a song for Truman like last time. Can't play the sax and look cool to any of that old shit, you know!

1 point for the title, 1 point for the artist, 1 point for the President in office while the song was #1...

1. Deep in the jeans she's wearin'
I'm hooked and I can't stop starin'
Oh, baby I wanna get with ya
And take your picture

2. She goes downtown
The boys all stop and stare
When she goes downtown
She walks like she
Just don't care, yeah

3. Well, it's just a coffeehouse and it's made out of wood
Espresso coffee tastes mighty good

4. What do they make dreams for?
When you got them jeans on
What do we need steam for
You the hottest bitch in this place

5. I saw her walking on down the line
Yeah, you know I saw her
For the very first time

6. So take it off like your home alone
You know dance in front your mirror while your on the phone
Checkin your reflection and tellin your best friend,
my girl I think my butt gettin big

7. He said that
Ooo eee, ooo ah ah ting tang
Walla walla, bing bang
Ooo eee ooo ah ah ting tang
Walla walla bing bang

8. My heart is old
It holds my memories
My body burns a gemlike flame

9. We couldn't turn around
'Til we were upside down
I'll be the bad guy now
But no, I ain't too proud

10. I-I-I-I just can't wait
I-I-I-I got a date

11. And when the
Broken hearted people
Living in the world agree
There will be an answer

12. It's so sad that you're leaving
It takes time to believe it
But after all is said and done
You're gonna be the lonely one

Kroxquo Bonus: Give me a song by an artist with a Presidential surname.

Image Bonus: Oops! Looks like someone misplaced the Bible. If this were your inauguration day, what would you be placing your left hand on while taking the oath of office?

Dammit, yesterday was one of my Be a Medical Taxi for My Mom days, and I figured I could just bang this thing out with no comments..... now I see it requires math and notebook figuring. I will say that I was in before the answers were posted, just in case.

1. Deep in the jeans she's wearin'
I'm hooked and I can't stop starin'
Oh, baby I wanna get with ya
And take your picture
Baby Got Back - Sir MIx-a-lot - George H.W. Bush (1992) (Barbara Bush was probably not the inspiration for this song...)

2. She goes downtown
The boys all stop and stare
When she goes downtown
She walks like she
Just don't care, yeah
Hot Child in the City - Nick Gilder - Jimmy Carter (1979) (No, it HAS to be a girl singing this!)

3. Well, it's just a coffeehouse and it's made out of wood
Espresso coffee tastes mighty good
Sugar Shack - Jimmy Gilmer and the Nell.... er, Fireballs - John F. Kennedy (1963) (When I did this game in 2016, I tried to stay as close to the middle of administrations as possible. But this time, I strayed closer to the edges. This song was from early 1963 before anyone knew what a grassy knoll was...)

4. What do they make dreams for?
When you got them jeans on
What do we need steam for
You the hottest bitch in this place
Blurred Lines - Robin Thicke et. al. - Barack Obama (2013) (The haters of this song can kiss Weird Al's big dictionary...)

5. I saw her walking on down the line
Yeah, you know I saw her
For the very first time
Hanky Panky - Tommy James and the Shondells - Lyndon Johnson (1966)

6. So take it off like your home alone
You know dance in front your mirror while your on the phone
Checkin your reflection and tellin your best friend,
my girl I think my butt gettin big
Hot In Herre - Fireb... er, Nelly - George W. Bush (2002)

7. He said that
Ooo eee, ooo ah ah ting tang
Walla walla, bing bang
Ooo eee ooo ah ah ting tang
Walla walla bing bang
Witch Doctor - David Seville - Dwight Eisenhower (1957) (So many people knew his convoluted real name, and I'd never heard of it before I started grading answers yesterday...)

8. My heart is old
It holds my memories
My body burns a gemlike flame
Kyrie - Mr. Mister - Ronald Reagan (1985)

9. We couldn't turn around
'Til we were upside down
I'll be the bad guy now
But no, I ain't too proud
Circles - Post Malone - Donald Trump (2019) (Major Mecca earworm... and about the only song they play from this supposedly popular singer that doesn't irritate me)

10. I-I-I-I just can't wait
I-I-I-I got a date
Saturday Night - Bay City Rollers - Gerald Ford (1976)

11. And when the
Broken hearted people
Living in the world agree
There will be an answer
Let It Be - Beatles - Richard Nixon (1970)

12. It's so sad that you're leaving
It takes time to believe it
But after all is said and done
You're gonna be the lonely one
Believe - Cher - Bill Clinton (1999) (Autotune before it was popular!)

I was hoping with how open ended I left this request that some of you would stray from placing your hand on books. I loved jarnon's pickpocket best.... there's a man who's overqualified to be a politician!
