Found a strange account on Twitter.
Goes by Bill Burns USA and is a fairly new account (September 2020).
History of posting strong Trump support-but this thread is weird.
Note that he (supposedly) has a strong work history in labs and, yet, he can't spell "Protocol?"
Also note that he spells it differently twice in the same Tweet. Would a "Bill Burns USA" with a strong work history in labs find it necessary to spell "Protocol" phonetically?

Reminds me of 2008 when I got involved in an investment message bored for a company and there was an obvious foreign actor (pretending otherwise) trying to do funky things to the stock. The funniest thing then was you could tell that there were different people posting under the same handle (working shifts).
