What? Do you think they'll knock him off?

To suspend him from office would take a majority vote by the cabinet he appointed. There's not much of a chance of that happening. He's clearly more cognizant than Trump, anyway.

I think they will be more worried about the violence of the radical Trumpsters. From outside, your 25th should have been invoked 3 years ago.

That would mean the President's cabinet would have to turn on him.

Congress has not by law provided a different body. To do so would require both Houses of Congress to pass a law so designating and the then-current President signing it, allowing it to become law without his signature, or having his veto overridden. --Bob

There are those who don't want it to be over, and one in particular is in Congress.

At best, all it can do is slow down the inevitable, but to those who still fear the Wrath of Don (or threats of Don Jr.), it gives one last chance to prove their allegiance.

Finding any proof of allegations of voter fraud seems to be as difficult as the Durham investigation finding any evidence of criminal activity in regard to the surveillance of Carter Page.

The latest is a postal worker in Pennsylvania who claimed that his supervisor had ordered him to backdate ballots mail-in ballots that arrived late. Republicans were widely touting this as proof of Democratic fraud. However, when questioned by postal investigators, he recanted the claim. It's amazing how people react when someone explains to them what the consequences for false sworn allegations in cases like this are. Attorneys as well don't want to risk their licenses by putting spurious allegations of fraud in sworn complaints.
