Not gonna change password
Like Chrome wants me to.
Apparently this site has been breached.
So if you read anything that sounds like it didn't come from me, it didn't come from me.
It isn't my password to anything else, & every time I change passwords I can't remember what I changed them to.
I know, write them down.
But this site is screwy to begin with since various changes, & I don't know how a password change will go.
I had to report a power outage here last night, though I knew Eversource knew about it because they had a giant crane down the street, but anyway the damned utility made me go through Captcha 1st.
Then it didn't recognize my phone #.
Then it did.
Same # given.
Grrr.

I just wanted to find out why they were doing repairs with giant equipment but didn't warn us 1st, like they're supposed to.
Instead I get a robot giving me complaint choices.

And on the password thing, its usually a site itself that tells you to change, & doesn't give you a choice.
This is the 1st such message I've gotten from Chrome.
If it really *was* Chrome.
It went away like a pushy ad goes away when you click or tap "off the message".

Most of those "your account may have been breached" emails are phishing expeditions. Never click on a link in the email. If you do decide to change your password go to the site directly and do so.

Re: Not gonna change password
My hotmail account was hacked, or there was a keystroke tracker, and I got one of those threatening blackmail messages about how I had to send $150K. So I reported it to malwarebytes and changed my password.
When I tried to log in to hotmail the other day, I was told I had to confirm my password because I had entered so many wrong passwords. After about six times, I finally wised up. I shut down, and on startup, I changed my password. I would like for this one to last for a while, a couple months, anyway

This is not e-mail; it comes up whenever I newly log in to this site..
This time I got rid of it by the left-facing triangle at the bottom left of my tablet.

Who does it sound like????
Still getting that warning from Chrome.
I never put important #s on the internet, anyway.
Certainly not on *this* site.
