Albion college has told students that they can't leave campus this fall without permission and they will be tracked with a phone tracking app with no way to opt out.

Admittedly, college age kids can't imagine a phone being farther than arms reach away so they might not come up with this work-around.

LOL-I have a flip phone also.

It is a standing joke with some neighbors here-how many of us have flip phones.
