Regis TV Guide

The Aug. 17-30 issue of TV Guide has a 2-page tribute to Regis and includes this small picture in case it happens to be anyone from the bored or recognizable to anyone here to let that person know they're in TV Guide.

The caption says 1999. If TV Guide has the year correct, then it's a contestant from one of the two original limited runs of WWTBAM--before it became a regular series in January 2000.
