US Gymnastic world champion considered by many the greatest US male gymnast ever. He probably would have won a number of medals at the 1980 Olympics that the US boycotted. He later had a brief film career (primarily the cult film Gymkata as a secret agent who used his gymnastic talents to fight the bad guys).
