What one thing are you going to do for your health and fitness this week?











I am going to get intentional exercise every day. I am going to look at fitness clothes because I am sick of all mine and everyone is sick of seeing me in them.

I've been having issues accessing the Presidential Challenge Log Thingy.

I'm having big issues trying to pull up the admin page.

And I am having slowness/no access issues pulling up my own page.

I want to encourage people to continue to exercise and log their exercise, but I don't know if I should encourage self reporting at the end of each week or what?

I think the problem with the site is that they did a big push for it in the middle of March and it slowed down then.

I am going to stop staying up late to finish a movie. It will still be there the next day.

Sleep issues, which I always seem to be working on but never making any progress toward. (My elhi English teachers would have my hide for that sentence.)

I'm doubling up on my time with my stability ball and I am specifically keeping up with calories eaten, just to see where I stand. I read somehwere if you keep a food journal, you will see that you are actually eating way more than you thought. :shock:
