They'll be on sale forever. Too bad Randy Travis can't be depicted on the stamps, since he's not dead yet.

I'm gonna love you forever
Forever and ever, amen
As long as old men sit and talk about the weather
As long as old women sit and talk about old men
If you wonder how long I'll be faithful
Just listen to how this song ends
I'm gonna love you
Forever and ever
Forever and ever amen
I'm gonna love you
Forever and ever
Forever and ever
Forever and ever amen

Yes, forever stamps will still be sold. They just won't be sold at 41 cents anymore.

I got some last week, while I was paying $2.13 to mail the paperback copy of The Two Towers I bought for $1 to MarleysNephew. I seem to recall that book rate used to be a better bargain than that.

Compared to first class rate, it probably still is. Compared to parcel post for a single paperback, probably not, or not as much.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Duh! I should have said that they will be on sale at the lower price of $.41 until today.

Anyone with half a brain knew what you meant.

That was meant mockingly. Just so there is no confusion.

When I started selling videos online, media mail (which is the technical term for book rate) was $1.30 per pound. It went up to $2.13 (the biggest jump of that, about 40 cents was in the last postal hike). I'm not sure what it's going to be this time around.
