Walker's father, Robert Walker, was the killer in Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train and his career was cut tragically short when he died shortly after making that film (in his early 30s). Walker, Jr. was a familiar face on TV in the 60s, but when he grew out of being able to play fresh-faced innocents, his career faded.
